We strive to ensure a physically and emotionally comfortable environment, encourage fun and excitement, and provide a safe place where all are welcome to socialize and be with their peers. This low-impact fitness class uses easy-to-follow calorie burning moves to improve balance, coordination, flexibility, stamina, cardiovascular function, and mood boosting! This line dancing class is a great way to get exercise and have fun at the same time. Classes are available for beginners and intermediate students alike. There are many benefits that regular yoga practice can bring to one's life including sound sleep, allergy and asthma relief, and reduced stress and anxiety. Chair Yoga is free and classes are available on YouTube with instructor Lakshmi Sajith. Classes are suitable for participants who do not want to get up and down from the floor.
