Join us for adult sports and fitness classes! Taught by LARPD staff and various independent contractors, these classes cater to all skill levels and provide fantastic opportunities to maintain fitness, socialize, and unwind.
Yoga for Self Care

Gently flow into yoga poses and extend your comfort zone with guided steps in every session. This class promotes therapeutic benefits that help relieve physical and mental stress and increase flexibility, balance, and stability. It enhances deep breathing, connecting with your inner self, and the ability to promote mind/body awareness and healing through deep guided relaxation. It is taught in an easy-going, non-competitive, friendly atmosphere suitable for all participants able to get to and from the floor.
