The Electric Eels is a recreational competitive swim league that swims during the spring and summer. Our swim team is part of the Valley Swim League organization and swims in league sanctioned meets and events throughout the season. To join the team, new swimmers are required to participate in a swim tryout that is scheduled through the Robert Livermore Aquatic Center staff. Participants must be able to complete and swim 25 yards comfortably and tread water for 30 seconds, or pass an American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim Level 3 swim class. For returning swimmer, register online.
Our swim team utilized Team Unify, which is the team's management software that organizes meet signups, volunteer signups, practice and meet schedules, and so much more. Click here to visit our LARPD Team Unify site.
During the fall, our aquatics facility offers a swim conditioning program that focuses on endurance, conditioning skills, stroke technique, goal setting, teamwork, and self discipline in a safe and fun environment. To join, participants must be able to swim 25 yards comfortably and tread water for 30 seconds, or has completed the American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim Level 3 class.
