The Cresta Blanca Ballroom is an ideal choice for events of all types, accommodating up to 450 guests. Centrally located in Livermore Valley Wine Country, guests from all over can gather to celebrate your special day. Our ballroom is light and airy, embraced in neutral tones, enhanced with natural lighting. Our expert staff will assist you from the moment you walk in the door to tour our venue, to the moment you share your last dance of the evening, we are here to ensure that your event is joyous, elegant, and breathtaking. Our ballroom features a built in dance floor, stage, catering kitchen, tables and chairs. We offer affordability and flexibility to our renters. You may choose your own vendors, and choose from many additional upgraded options to make your event magical and majestic. Applications are accepted eighteen (18) months in advance from your desired date, and are accepted on first-come-first-serve basis; desired dates, times, and facility location vary. To book and reserve the date, applicants are required to submit a completed and signed Facility Rental Application and a refundable deposit. All other rental fees are due sixty (60) days prior to the event date. Applicants will be required to understand and follow the Facility Rental Rules and Regulations if they choose to rent with the Livermore Area Recreation and Park District. Submitting an application does not guarantee and/or secure a facility, date, or desired times. **Outdoor cooking will be conducted in the designated location set by District staff. Events that are collecting a fee as part of their event will be required to have a county certified cater prepare and cook the food per county code; proof of certification is required to District staff.
