Introducing outdoor "minimonies" (mini-ceremonies) at Ravenswood Historic Site. Exchange your vows with up to 50 guests in an outdoor setting in respect to all aspects of social distancing. Choose from multiple ceremony locations including the romantic garden gazebo, rustic covered tree patch or the timeless shaded tree archway. The bride's room, tables, chairs, restrooms, parking, and building attendant are included. Applicants have the option to host an intimate reception that can include a champagne toast, and individually prepackaged meals. Minimonies are a minimum of four (4) hours; any additional hour will be set at the hourly rental rate. For details and information, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Applications are accepted eighteen (18) months in advance from your desired date, and are accepted on first-come-first-serve basis; desired dates, times, and facility location vary. To book and reserve the date, applicants are required to submit a completed and signed Facility Rental Application and a refundable deposit. All other rental fees are due forty-five (45) days prior to the event date. Applicants will be required to understand and follow the Facility Rental Rules and Regulations if they choose to rent with the Livermore Area Recreation and Park District. Submitting an application does not guarantee and/or secure a facility, date, or desired times. Applicants will have the ability to hold a date up to sixty (60) days prior to their rental date. Applicants will be required to submit a completed Facility Rental Application and a nonrefundable hold fee of $50 to hold a rental date. Applicants will have the ability to change their reservation date one (1) time after the original hold date. Any additional date changes will be subjected to an additional $50 nonrefundable hold fee. To execute the hold reservation date, the applicant will be required to submit a payment for their outstanding rental fees, including the refundable deposit, and any other qualifying rental forms no later then forty-five (45) days prior to their rental date. Applicants who fail to meet these requirements will result in their facility rental being cancelled and a refund will not be issued, including withholding the refundable deposit.
