Nature Storytime - Sing for Spring

Mar 23, 2019 at 10:30a.m. - Mar 23, 2019 at 12:30p.m.

Join Librarian Caitlyn Lung and Ranger Heather Day in singing and reading in celebration of spring. We'll look for signs of the season as we walk 1/2 mile (each way) to the Hobbit Tree on a paved path that is suitable for strollers. Sit in the shade of this immense tree (you may want to bring a blanket for your family to sit on), listen to stories about spring in nature, and sing songs! The first 20 families to call the library at (925) 373-5504 to RSVP will be able to claim a free parking pass when they arrive. All are welcome to attend, but those who don't RSVP will need to purchase a $7 day pass for their vehicle if they park in the parking lot. Cancelled if raining.
Join Ranger Heather Day at the Sycamore Grove Park, Wetmore Road Entrance (1051 Wetmore Road).

There is a $7 per vehicle parking fee at either entrance to Sycamore Grove Park, and a $3 donation is requested to help support the programs unless other fees are specified.
