    1. SUNKEN GARDENS PUMP TRACK

The Board will review and consider approval of the Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering & Surveying Proposal: M3055 submitted by O’Dell Engineering. (Motion)

    1. BOARD POLICY NO. 4060 – COMMITTEES OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Board will review a redlined version of Board Policy No. 4060 – Committees of the Board of Directors and discuss whether it wishes to make any revisions to the policy. (Discussion and Direction)

    1. GENERAL FINANCIAL UPDATE

This is a standing item while the District operates under an emergency declaration.  The General Manager and Administrative Services Manager will provide a financial update on current financial matters.
