    1. Resolution No. 2738 determining to conduct meetings of the LARPD Board of Directors using teleconferencing pursuant to Government Code 54953 as amended by AB 361 for the period February 23, 2022 to March 25, 2022
    2. Approval of the Minutes of the Regular Board Meeting of February 9, 2022

  1. DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS

The LARPD Board of Directors will review and discuss taking appropriate action or inaction with respect to the following matters:

    1. CALIFORNIA SPECIAL DISTRICTS ASSOCIATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS CALL FOR NOMINATIONS – BAY AREA NETWORK, SEAT B

The Board will consider whether to nominate a fellow LARPD Board Member or the General Manager for election to the California Special Districts Association (CSDA) Board of Directors-Bay Area Network, Seat B. (Resolution)

Resolution No. ____, nominating __________ for election to the CSDA Board of Directors-Bay Area Network, Seat B, for the 2023-2025 term.

    1. HORSESHOE PITS AT ROBERTSON PARK

The Board shall review and discuss the request to relocate the horseshoe pits at Robertson Park and provide direction to the General Manager. (Discussion and Direction)

    1. CHANGES TO LARPD’s CHILDCARE PROGRAM

The Board shall review and discuss recent changes to LARPD’s Childcare Program.  (Discussion)

  1. INFORMATIONAL ITEMS (No Action Required)

    1. LARPD MASTER PROPERTY AGREEMENT

The Board will receive an update to the Master Property Agreement between LARPD and the City of Livermore.

    1. GENERAL FINANCIAL UPDATE

This is a standing item while the District operates under an emergency declaration. The General Manager and Administrative Services Manager will provide a financial update on current financial matters.

    1. COVID-19 PROGRAM UPDATES 

The General Manager and Staff will report on programs in their respective departments.
