    1. LARPD FOUNDATION FUNDRAISER

The Board will receive a presentation on the LARPD Foundation Fundraiser from Steve Goodman, President of the LARPD Foundation.

    1. Resolution No. 2744 determining to conduct meetings of the LARPD Board of Directors using teleconferencing pursuant to Government Code 54953 as amended by AB 361

  1. DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS

The LARPD Board of Directors will review and discuss taking appropriate action or inaction with respect to the following matters:

    1. POTENTIAL ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY NEAR GARAVENTA WETLANDS

The Board will discuss the potential to acquire property near the Garaventa Wetlands area and provide direction to the General Manager (Discussion and Direction)

    1. DISTRICT GENERAL ELECTION

The Board will consider a resolution calling for the District’s election on November 8, 2022 and requesting that the Board of Supervisors of Alameda County permit consolidation with the statewide general election on November 8, 2022 (Resolution)
