Enjoy floor exercises to improve body tone, flexibility and attitude. Leg and arm weights may be used to increase workout.
This active class builds strength and stamina through a combination of weight and cardio workouts. Each workout will use a variety of equipment including dumbbells, bands, Bosus, Mother Earth, and you! All fitness levels are welcome. Bring water, towel, mat, and a smile.
