This low-impact fitness class uses easy-to-follow calorie-burning moves to improve balance, coordination, flexibility, stamina, cardiovascular function, and mood-boosting! Keep yourself FIT while having FUN! Beginners welcome. Wear comfortable exercise shoes/attire and bring water. Instructor: Alice Johnson Classes will be taught by instructors virtually over ZOOM.
