Yoga for the Neck, Shoulders, and Upper Body

Our lifestyle and activities are often not conducive to comfort, ease, and good posture for the upper torso and neck. This work short will teach yoga stretches and poses to relieve the tensions, align the muscles and bones, strengthen the neck and shoulder girdle, and connect pathways between the hands and shoulder blades.
