Dave is a retired parks and recreation professional with over 35 years in the field, the last 20 as the Community Services Director for the City of Mountain View. He was born and raised in Fremont and has lived in Livermore for the past 10 years.

Dave chose to become a member of the Foundation Board as he strongly believes in the role parks and recreation play in helping to promote community, improve the quality of life, and enhance individual health and wellness.

During his free time, he enjoys fishing, walking, bike riding, kayaking, and spending time with his grandchildren. He is also a strong advocate of girls' athletics and has served as an assistant coach for the Granada High School Girls Varsity Flag Football team since its inaugural season in 2023.
