Sports Fields & Gym Rentals
Welcome to the Sports Rentals page. Below you will find information regarding; how to inquire, how reservations are prioritized, the rental process, rental fee schedules, hours of operation, and general information regarding Sports Facility Rentals.

To request time at a field or the gymnasium, please send an email to sports@larpd.org including the following details;
- Name
- Phone number and best time of day to be reached
- Organization Name
- Sport or event you’ll be hosting
- Date(s) you wish to reserve
- List requested rental times, including set up and clean up
- Is this a game, practice, event or tournament
- Location you are interested in
- Any questions you may have
Please note, phone calls and emails requesting a reservation of a sport facility will be returned in the order received. Allow two businesses days to hear back regarding your inquiry.
Rentable sports facilities are designated for permited use only.
Our fields and gymnasium are rentable facilities to our community for sports practices, games, and tournaments. Please refer to the priority lists below regarding order requested reservations are considered.
LARPD Reservations are prioritized in the following order:
- LARPD sponsored and co-sponsored activities, District operated youth and adult athletic sports or leagues, LVJUSD programs
- Youth Sports groups that are nonprofit and have more than 50% District residents
- Adult sports teams registered in LARPD sport programs
- Nonprofit youth sports groups with less than 50% residents, non-LARPD adult groups, and non-profit groups
- For-profit organizations or events with purpose to generate profit
LARPD has prioritized the various sport seasons by adopting the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) seasons of play:
- Spring: Baseball, Softball, Lacrosse
- Fall: Soccer, Football
- Winter: Rugby
Upon submitting a reservation request applicants will receive information back from the Sports Office. If LARPD is able to meet the request, you will receive notification as well as the forms required to begin the reservation process. Renters are required to complete and return the rental application, and provide the following documents two weeks prior to the requested rental date. Please see the listed forms and example below.

Sport Office is closed on weekends
LARPD Sports Facilities are closed for the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Martin Luther King Day
- Presidents Day
- Juneteenth
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Veterans Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day
Grass Fields Close for seasonal Maintenance November-January (opening is weather pending)
Reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance.
Rental Application submission does not guarantee your rental request. Dates, times, and facility location availability is continuously changing due to the high volume of renters and requests made daily.
Fee waivers and non-profit discounts are not offered on Field and Gym rentals. LARPD Sports Department uses standard pricing for all rental groups.
