Employment with the District is contingent upon the candidate completing and passing a criminal background check and proof of a negative TB test. (Some positions may have additional requirements.)
The District likes to promote internally as possible and therefore full-time positions are posted infrequently.
Livermore Area Recreation and Park District typically hire part-time employees as needed throughout the year. Hours vary and can include evenings, weekends, and holidays. If you are under the age of 18, you will need to provide a work permit to the Livermore Area Recreation and Park District before your first day of work.
