LARPD Foundation Wine Down in the Grove Fundraiser Raises $30,000 for Community Support Program

Livermore, CA - On Saturday, May 13, the LARPD Foundation held the 2nd Annual Wine Down in the Grove Fundraiser at Ravenswood Historic Site in Livermore. The event raised $30,000 for the Community Support Program, which offers scholarships for community members to participate in LARPD camps, programs, sports, classes, and swim lessons.

The event occurred at the beautiful Ravenswood Historic Site, providing a charming backdrop for the evening. Guests enjoyed live music by Tim Gomes, adding to the festive atmosphere.

Local wineries, including Wente Vineyards, Las Positas Vineyards, Wood Family Vineyards, McGrail Vineyards, Darcie Kent Estate Winery, Cuda Ridge Wines, and Almost Famous Wine Company, provided a selection of wines. Beer lovers also had options from Altamont Beerworks, Pennyweight Craftbrewing, and Shadow Puppet Brewing Company.

Food partners such as Livermore Butcher Shop, Lanna Thai, Campbell Bakeshop, Mimi's Chocolate, Wow Wow Lemonade, and others offered a variety of delicious treats for guests to enjoy.

The event also featured silent and live auctions, allowing attendees to bid on unique items and experiences, with all proceeds supporting the Community Support Program.
