LARPD Hosts September Diaper Drive

LARPD Hosts September Diaper Drive to Support Local Families
Livermore, CA – The Livermore Area Recreation and Park District (LARPD) is hosting a Diaper Drive September 14–19 to help local families in need. Community members are invited to donate new, unopened packages of diapers and wipes to support Hively’s Diaper Pantry, which provides essential supplies to qualified low-income families throughout Alameda County.
LARPD’s Recreation team is organizing the drive, building on the success of a previous collection effort that collected more than 7,000 diapers for Hively’s Diaper Pantry. The donations helped offset the cost of everyday necessities for families with young children.
“LARPD is proud to bring our community together to support local families,” said Rachel Shelnut, Recreation Field Supervisor. “We hope residents will join us in donating diapers and wipes and help ensure families have access to these essential supplies.”
