LARPD Summer Registration, Summer Expo, and Youth Volunteer Opportunities
Livermore, CA — February 26, 2026 — The Livermore Area Recreation and Park District (LARPD)
has announced key dates for its upcoming summer registration season, along with details for its
annual Summer Camp Expo and Summer Youth Volunteer Program.
Key Summer Dates
• March 11: Summer program information available at www.larpd.org/guide
• March 18 at 9 a.m.: Registration opens for Livermore residents
• March 25 at 9 a.m.: Swim lesson registration opens
LARPD offers a wide range of summer camps, classes, and swim lessons for all ages, including preschool and day camps, sports, dance, nature camps, art, cooking, theater, robotics, engineering, filmmaking, adaptive recreation, and more. Programs are held at parks and facilities throughout Livermore.
“Providing accessible recreation opportunities is central to our mission of enhancing quality of life in the Livermore area,” said Mathew Fuzie, General Manager of LARPD. “Our staff has put together an exciting slate of summer programs, and we look forward to welcoming the community.”
LARPD will host a Summer Camp Expo on Saturday, March 14, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., where families can explore programs, meet instructors, participate in hands-on activities, and access early registration for select offerings. The Expo will also include interactive activities and opportunities to speak directly with program staff.
Teens ages 13–16 are invited to join the Summer Youth Volunteer Program to assist with camps and gain leadership experience. Orientation sessions take place on March 19 and March 25. More information is available at www.larpd.org/volunteer.
