Finding Wellness

This is a free presentation from City Serve of the Tri-Valley. Finding Wellness is a 7-week class that teaches older adults about subjects including the dimensions of wellness, nutrition, hydration, diseases, grief, gut health, emotional health, and body functions. 60–90-minute classes are followed by one-on-one coaching appointments with instructor.
