Melinda Chinn graduated from San Jose State University with a B.S. in Recreation Administration and worked in the recreation field for 40 years.
She retired as the recreation director from the City of Emeryville where she oversaw operations of the department including all personnel actions. She enjoys reading, quilting, and playing the harp. She and her husband, Brian, enjoy living in the Livermore community.
