Financial Assistance for 50+ Recreation Programs: If you want to participate in more LARPD Senior programs and activities but need financial assistance, think about our Community Support Program through the LARPD Foundation. Open to Livermore residents 50 and over. Applications may be obtained at the front counter or mailed to you. Call 925-373-5700 for more information.

Senior Meals are back indoors! The Open Heart Kitchen "Good Thyme Cafe" lunch program held at the Robert Livermore Community Center is offering sit-down and to-go meal service at the Robert Livermore Community Center. Open Heart Kitchen is planning a full return to sit-down service in January 2023. FREE Dementia Caregiver Support Group: Alzheimer's Association, Asbury United Methodist Church 4743 East Avenue, Livermore: The Alzheimer's Associations' support group is open for families and caregivers of person's suffering from Alzheimer's or a related disorder. It provides a safe environment for individuals to express feelings, give and receive support, learn about Alzheimer's disease and related dementias, and discover effective ways to cope with and care for Alzheimer's patients.
