Livermore Area Recreation and Park District (LARPD) regularly photographs and records video at District programs, activities, special events, parks, and facilities. These photos and videos help us share the programs, services, and experiences offered by LARPD with our community.

Use of Photos and Video

LARPD reserves the right to use photographs and video taken of visitors while they are visiting LARPD facilities, special events, or participating in District programs. Images may be used for LARPD publicity, promotional, and informational purposes, including:

• LARPD's website
• Social media
• Recreation Guide
• Newsletters and email communications
• Brochures, flyers, and other print materials
• Advertisements and other promotional materials

Do Not Wish to Be Photographed?

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify an LARPD staff member or photographer at the event or activity. LARPD will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these requests.

Please be aware that photographs and video may be taken in public or group settings, and LARPD cannot guarantee that an individual will not appear incidentally in photographs or video.
