Open Space Staff

Hike, play games, and explore nature in Sycamore Grove and other local open spaces with Jr. Rangers! The program will meet every other week. Our first meeting will be at the Sycamore Grove Park Ranger Station Picnic Area—transportation provided for off-site adventures.

Junior Rangers Campout

Open Space Staff

Keep the adventure going after dark with Junior Ranger Campout. Experience Sycamore Grove Park after the sun goes down – play night games, enjoy a campfire, listen for owls on a night hike, and sleep under the stars.

Please meet at the Sycamore Grove Park Ranger Station Picnic Area (RSPA).
Dinner and breakfast included.
Campers supply their own camping equipment (LARPD will provide tents).
Additional information to follow via email from the rangers.

Registration for the campout will be made available to those registered for the Junior Rangers programs first. Public registration will open on September 8th.
