Ruby Moppin
Ruby Moppin has been a proud member of the Livermore community since relocating with her family in 2011. She is deeply committed to giving back and supporting programs that bring families together and create opportunities for youth to learn, grow, and stay active.
Ruby currently serves as a Trustee for the Livermore Area Recreation and Park District Foundation (LARPD Foundation), where she is passionate about expanding access to recreation, supporting community spaces, and ensuring all families have the opportunity to participate regardless of their circumstances.
She is also an active leader in Granada Little League, where she works to foster a positive, inclusive environment for players and families while supporting the volunteers who make youth sports possible.
Ruby attended San José State University, where she earned a degree in Sociology with a minor in Deaf Education.
She and her husband are raising their two boys in Livermore and are grateful to be part of such a strong and connected community.
