This class teaches self-defense through traditional karate's basic blocks, kicks, and punches while improving the student's self-confidence and overall fitness. Learn in a safe environment that promotes fun and sportsmanship. 

• A karate uniform is required and can be purchased from the instructor for $40 at the first class session, or you may obtain it on your own. Participants may wear comfortable athletic clothing to the first class
