Sycamore Science Camp: Community Scientists Around Town
Open Space Staff
Contribute to science right here in Livermore as a community scientist! Equipped with our curious minds, a sense of adventure, and internet access, we’ll participate in real community science projects like iNaturalist and eBird. Join us at 4 different LARPD parks around town. We'll email location details and directions before the first session.

Sycamore Science Camp: More Than Meets The Eye

Does red always mean danger? Does the color blue actually exist? What is the deal with peacocks? In this session of science camp, we will investigate the science of colors, camouflage, dazzling iridescence, and other visual phenomena to reveal how much more there is to nature that meets the eye!
