Dear Friends of the Beautiful Ravenswood Historic Site in Livermore,

The Ravenswood Progress League relies on your generous contributions and membership to help fund our social events and support the care of this historic house.

Ravenswood is listed in the National Registry of Historic Places and is a California Historic Point of Interest.

Docents in 1890’s costumes give free guided tours beginning at noon, on the second and fourth Sundays of the month. Tours last approximately 30 minutes.

Last year our events were well attended: In May, our Victorian Tea was sold out with 65 participants. Our Ice Cream Social in August had over 450 participants enjoying hot dogs, ice cream, ice cream floats and we had representatives from the Native Bird Connection. Everyone enjoyed meeting the live bird ambassadors. Yuletide in December was enjoyed by over 300 attendees, and we were happy to have Guide Dogs for the Blind present three of their dogs in training.

Our Tank House Gift Shop continues to be stocked with items relatable to Livermore which make them perfect mementos for out-of-town guests and other special holidays and events.

Yuletide: Sunday, December 8, 2024

As a special bonus this year, we will be extending a $5.00 discount to members for the Victorian Tea. The Victorian Tea price for non-members is $65.00. The seating for this event is limited due to seating restrictions and registration sells out fast.

Registration for the Victorian Tea, for Members, will be sent on March 1, 2024.

We look forward to your membership and are eager to have your participation in the coming year.
