Do you have a middle school student thinking about joining their school's sports team? Middle school sports conditioning focuses on developing strong movement habits, building confidence, and improving overall athletic ability in a safe and age-appropriate manner.  

Conditioning classes will include High Intensity Interval Training and exercises that target strength, endurance, and mobility. Classes led by a certified group fitness coach.
