Multicultural, creative sports executive with extensive experience in event logistics and generating revenue. Jill has been active in developing youth in sports and their participation, especially through soccer on a global stage. Through generations of the Fracisco Family in the Livermore Valley and their active participation in the community and the Arts, Jill hopes to continue her family legacy, serving on the Livermore Area Recreation and Park District Foundation, assisting senior community members with funding of planned projects as well as actively looking for opportunities to assist local children and pets in need for safe areas to play and exercise.
