The Livermore Area Recreation and Park District Foundation has launched ticket sales for the third annual "Wine Down in the Grove" fundraiser, which will take place on Friday, June 21, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Ravenswood Historic Site.

The event includes a silent and live auction hosted by auctioneer Marc Roberts, plus dinner catered by On the Vine Catering. Attendees will also enjoy wine and beer tastings from local wineries and breweries, guided historic site tours by Ravenswood docents, and live music performed by local musician Tim Gomes.

"We are thrilled to host the third edition of 'Wine Down in the Grove'," said LARPD Foundation President Connie Campbell. "This event brings together our community for an evening of fun, fundraising, and appreciation for our beautiful parks and recreation programs."

Proceeds from Wine Down in the Grove fund the Community Support Scholarship Program, which offers recreation and swim scholarships to families and individuals in need. The program also supports park and trail improvement projects throughout the park district and enhances the quality of life for residents of all ages throughout the Livermore community.

"We invite the community to join us for an unforgettable evening while supporting a great cause," added Campbell. "Together, we can make a difference in the lives of those in our community."
