This 14-acre park was dedicated in 2002 and was named after William (Bill) J. Payne, a former Livermore Area Recreation and Park District employee for 28 years, and serving as General Manager for 25 of those years. The park used to be used for agricultural purposes and now features baseball/softball fields, multi-use grass sports field, and a BMX course.
This park is utilized for District programming and rental use.
Livermore Area Recreation and Park District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
