William (Bill) Payne Park

This 14-acre park was dedicated in 2002 and was named after William (Bill) J. Payne, a former LIvermore Area Recreation and Park District employees for 28 years, and serving as General Manager for 25 of those years. The parks used to be used for agricultural purposes and now features baseball/softball fields, sports field with natural turf, and a BMX course.

This park is utilized for District programming and rental use.
