Estate Planning (18+)
Instructor: Jennifer Thaete
We will review the primary options for creating an estate plan, including trusts, wills, financial, and health care power of attorney. We will also review what a Will is and how it works versus how a Trust works.
We will present a general overview of Probate and Estate Taxes. All information is presented in a simple-to-understand manner. Handouts will be provided.
