LARPD Senior Services has partnered with Legal Assistance for Seniors to offer a FREE monthly series of workshops on various topics designed to educate seniors on issues that impact their lives.

This month, we will discuss how to create a secure future. 

•  Explains Advance Health Care Directives and how to complete them.
• It gives information about appointing an agent, end-of-life decision-making, and the POLST form.
•  Provides referrals for other planning tools such as wills and Durable Power of Attorney.
