Virtual Chair Strength, Balance and Flexibility

Maintain muscle and build muscle mass, practice balance, and strengthen your core and neuromuscular patterns. We also work on flexibility and range of motion. We will move to uplifting music and enjoy each other's company. Bring 2 or 3 pound weights, water, and a smile.CLASS WILL BE HELD VIRTUALLY ON ZOOM. Class recordings will be available for 7 days after the class.
